Hutchinson's sign :)

Hutchinson's sign
A skin lesion on the tip of the nose precedes the development of ophthalmic herpes zoster. This occurs because the nasociliary branch of the trigeminal nerve innervates both the cornea and the tip of the nose. This sign is named after Sir Jonathan Hutchinson.
Treatment
Acyclovir (Zovirax) 800 mg PO q4h or 5 times/d for 7-10 d
